Snorkeling in Hawaii
Some reasons travelers love snorkeling on Oahu:
- Oahu is surrounded by beautiful reefs

Some tips:
If you have never snorkeled before then a tour out to Hanauma Bay maybe the right one for you. It’s only 3 feet deep where you’ll snorkel.
It is an old collapsed Volcano crater and has a barrier reef across the ocean opening. The reef keeps out sharks most time. Very nice place to start.
Most tours leave in the morning. Set your alarms if you’re ready to catch a great snorkeling tour!
Always bring your own towel and sunscreen lotion. Be safe out there (and dry!)

- Malaekahana Beach Park, just north of La’ie town
- Kuilima Cove at Turtle Bay
