International City Theatre - Facing East - Long Beach
Caught a case of the Monday’s? Don’t wait for the weekend to have a good time. From now until July 5th, 2009, The International City Theatre in Long Beach is having it’s stage performance of Facing East. The play will be at The Long Beach Performing Arts Center
Written by Carol Lynn Pearson, this new play focuses on Ruth and Alex McCormick, an upstanding Mormon couple reeling from the suicide of their excommunicated son. Stuck between their faith and their new reality, they try to come to terms with their own inner demons and the love they lost. Facing East is a compelling and emotionally rich must-see story.
